Let me introduce you to our latest arrival here in the North Pole ... Popcorn the Puppy. Isn’t he cute? But he’s trouble alright ... he’s been chasing the reindeer, eating all the candy canes and getting into such a tangle in the elves workshop amongst the ribbons and wrapping paper! But we wouldn’t change him for the world!
Now then, I’m sure you’re as excited about Christmas as Popcorn is, and you haven’t too long to wait.
I’ve been checking my list and sure enough I see you’ve been very well behaved this past year which is excellent for a girl of 8 years old. You’re certainly on course for receiving some colouring books this Christmas.
My Chief Elf Mistletoe is also very impressed with how well you have been doing recently... you have started swimming lessons, are doing well at school and being good at home. Well done Nicole, keep up the good work! You make Nanny extremely proud!
Right now, I’m sitting at my desk with a tasty cup of Mrs Claus’s special hot chocolate trying to warm up after a day in the snow, exercising the reindeer and preparing the sleigh for the long journey ahead on Christmas Eve. And you live in Knutsford, don’t you? That’s a long, long trip from the North Pole. I sure hope you leave one or two carrots and a glass of milk ... I’ll be very thirsty when I arrive at your home!
